I'm Jake Baker, a seasoned real estate investor with a full-scale flipping company based in Florida. I also manage rental properties throughout the state and own multiple Airbnb properties in Southern California. My journey into real estate was preceded by four years as an Aerospace engineer. My real estate journey began with a simple house hack in 2016, and has flourished into what it is now.

 

The inception of BookkeepingRE was born out of necessity for my own ventures. Recognizing a widespread need in the real estate community for comprehensive bookkeeping solutions, I embarked on a mission to fill this gap. In the initial years of my business, I encountered the challenges of finding the right bookkeeping support. After hiring and parting ways with three bookkeepers in the span of two years, I took matters into my own hands, fine-tuning and perfecting a real estate bookkeeping financial workflow.
